He’s recognised for his steady leadership, practical thinking, and deep understanding of what makes the rental journey smooth for landlords and tenants alike. As a founder of FREDER, Eduard has helped shape the company’s commitment to strong communication, consistency, and service that feels straightforward and dependable.

With a strong foundation in marketing and a natural talent for building rapport, Aimee is a key force in connecting people with properties. Her ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly ensures clients feel valued and understood throughout the process. Whether in lettings or sales, Aimee’s interpersonal skills help turn transactions into lasting relationships. Starting with FREDER as an intern, she has played an important role in supporting the business as it scaled and evolved.
Senior Sales Associate
Zoe brings 8+ years of experience in the new-build sector, specialising in supporting buyers through high-value purchases. She understands the expectations of today’s clients and knows how to position developments in a way that’s clear, compelling, and commercially smart. With strong market instinct and a proactive, energetic approach, Zoe is a trusted partner for both developers and buyers navigating premium new-build and resale opportunities. Since joining, she has delivered excellent results; strengthening both the sales pipeline and our lettings portfolio.
Partner & Head of Land and Strategic Assets (MBA, MRTPI)
Scott brings 29 years of experience in the planning sector, with a track record spanning the full development lifecycle; from early-stage site identification and acquisition strategy through to planning delivery and project progression. He has worked with a range of developers on the acquisition side, shaping planning-led approaches that unlock value and reduce risk. Scott also has extensive experience working with local councils across multiple London boroughs, giving him strong insight into public-sector requirements, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex planning considerations. He also plays a key role in supporting our wider acquisition and sales transactions, adding depth and expertise across the full deal pipeline.
Associate Partner, Lettings & Sales
Maggie joined us from a large corporate agency, bringing strong experience in the student accommodation sector and a proven ability to perform in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Known for her work ethic and results, she has built a reputation as a consistent high performer, having broken company records through her drive, focus, and client-first approach. As Associate Partner in Lettings & Sales, Maggie plays a key role in strengthening and expanding our presence internationally, with a particular focus on developing FREDER’s relationships in Mainland China. She supports clients through the full lettings and sales journey with clear communication, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset that builds long-term trust.
Associate Partner, RICS
Seyi brings a wealth of expertise in surveying and property to the FREDER team, having built a career rooted in both practical industry experience and rigorous academic grounding. After graduating from the University of Westminster, Seyi gained hands-on experience working across the property sector before pursuing a specialism in surveying; a field in which he has since become a trusted and accomplished professional. He is a Qualified Surveyor; an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of practice and professionalism. As a Partner at FREDER, Seyi plays a key role in delivering expert surveying and RICS-accredited services to our clients, bringing both technical precision and a deep understanding of the property market.
